Yamas Course
The Yamas are yogic ethical guidelines that set a strong foundation for conscious and harmonious living. In this course you’ll deepen your yoga practice on and off the mat with the combination of lectures and asana practice. Topics such as Compassion, truthfulness, boundaries, abundance and non-attachment will be discussed.
Niyamas Course
The five niyamas ask us to embrace cleanliness and contentment, to purify ourselves through heat, to continually study and observe our habits, and to surrender to something greater than ourselves. They offer us ways to build self-discipline and gain self-awareness through self-observation. Following the niyamas can help you transform negative energy and cultivate a deep, abiding sense of peace in your life.

Flow Tone
Lets get Toned and Strong!
Flow Tone challenge will create mobility and strength in your body, with classes that mix yoga and pilates together.
The fusion of these two modalities will allow your body to feel balanced and strong.
Targeting key areas glutes and core. Lets do this!

Your Complete Mat Practice
This course will get your body moving in every way. With all your mat classes Slow Flow, Vinyasa and Pilates. Nourish and strengthen your body with the movement that it needs. This Course has a mixture of nourishing gentle yoga flows, to more dynamic challenging flows and conditioning exercises to strengthen and tone.
