You’ll start to notice:

Week 2 — Vṛttis: Understanding the Movements of the Mind

Expect clarity, insight, and a deep sense of steadiness.

Week 3 — Dhāraṇā: The Practice of Steady Attention

We explore:

  • One-pointed awareness in movement and stillness

  • Training attention in a distracted world

  • How presence changes the quality of practice (and life)

This week often becomes a turning point.

Week 4 — Abhyāsa & Vairāgya: Effort Without Attachment

How do we practice consistently without striving or burning out?

You’ll explore:

  • Sustainable effort

  • Letting go of outcomes

  • Practicing with sincerity, not self-pressure

This week reshapes how you relate to effort — on the mat and beyond.

Week 5 — Kleshas: Understanding the Roots of Suffering

This is a compassionate, illuminating look at why we struggle — without self-judgement.

We’ll explore:

  • The five kleshas and how they show up in real life

  • Attachment, aversion, fear, and identity

  • Meeting discomfort with awareness instead of avoidance

Deep, honest, and incredibly freeing.

Week 6 — Svādhyāya: Yoga as Self-Study

We close by turning practice into inquiry.

This final week is about:

  • Learning from your own experience

  • Using yoga as a mirror, not a measure

  • Carrying the practice into everyday life
