  • 4 Yoga Flow & Mat Pilates classes

  • 4 Classes that aid in Unwinding you from your day.

  • Tutorials that take you through some common Yoga asana

  • Lifetime access.

I support you to do this reset in the most beneficial way for you:

  • I encourage you to do this  at your own pace. If you need to space this reset out for longer than 21 days, please feel free to

  • If you need to skip the morning practice and just do the unwind practices on some days, that’s so fine

  • Please listen to your body, you are your greatest teacher, I am merely the guide for your journey

  • If you are working with any injuries or physical ailments that may require modifications, please contact me and I can offer some suggestions
