Slow Flow

Flow slow classes are designed to nourish and move your body in a lush way. Creating flexibility, mobility and strength in a gentle way.

Vinyasa

Flow now is designed to create strength and heat in your body. Building a balanced physical body with asanas that may challenge you and intelligent sequencing that naturally builds your abilities.

Yin and Restorative yoga

Yin Yoga are long holds of asanas that allow us to release beyond the muscle and get into the deeper connective tissues, fascia. Restorative yoga is asana for pure relaxation.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates are amazing classes to condition and strengthen your body in a safe controlled way. Activating and working certain muscles brings stability in our body off the mat. Get ready for core and glutes work!

Meditation and Pranayama

Meditation is training ourselves for a certain level of awareness. Calming & quieting our mind. Pranayama is yogic breath techniques which can clear physical & emotional obstacles, free our breath to allow the flow of prana in our body.

Flow Fit

These classes are Yoga based with cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and then back to yoga asana to feel into your body.

Qigong and Tai Chi

Tai chi is a practice that involves slow gentle movements & physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Qigong uses exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit.

Flow Tone

Flow Tone is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Amazing classes to get yourself strong and mobile!

Chakra Corner

Classes to Activate your energetic centres. With Longer Activation classes and short individual chakra practices

21 Day Challenge

And all you need is 25 minutes a day!

Each morning there will be a short yoga or mat Pilates practice to get yourself ready and moving for the day. These sessions will go for approximately 15 minutes, a length that we can all fit in by either setting the alarm 15 minutes earlier or simply scrolling for 15 minutes less.

The second practice is how we finish our day. This session will be either a lush slow flow, yin or restorative yoga, a meditation or Qigong practice. These sessions will be approximately 10 minutes long.

Yamas Course

The Yamas are yogic ethical guidelines that set a strong foundation for conscious and harmonious living. In this course you’ll deepen your yoga practice on and off the mat with the combination of lectures and asana practice. Topics such as Compassion, truthfulness, boundaries, abundance and non-attachment will be discussed.

Flow Tone Challenge

Strong Body, Strong Mind

This 5 week challenge, 15 Classes. This challenge will allow you to practice three times a week. Core focused classes, glutes and legs focused classes. The fusion of yoga and pilates allows are to create flexibility and strength in our body. A range of 30min and 45min classes.
