Service Description

For teachers to receive guidance & support to feel confident in delivering classes in all areas. These sessions are tailored to suit your needs. You will receive a questionnaire to guide the initial session. We can continue our sessions by a package session deal, to dive deeper into what is needed to explore. We can work on asana, cueing, philosophy, personal development to feel confident & authentic, intelligent sequencing to allow your students to feel the theme/philosophy in the physical practice.
