Service Description
Slow flow yoga is a nourish way to move your body and its slow pace allows you to connect with your breath and to yourself. We move consciously to build a state of meditation in motion. A blanket or cushion maybe useful to have by you for padding under your knee or to elevate yourself in seated postions.
